Newsletter with several schedule updates and kickboxing exams

Dear Nakama’s,

We would like to inform you about some changes to the class schedule that will be effective from November 6th onwards.

On Sunday at 09:00 AM, we are introducing a new kickboxing class exclusively for ladies. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills and train in a comfortable environment for 'ladies only', this class is not only for ladies but is also taught by a lady!

There is a small adjustment to the schedule on Friday. We are starting a new class hour for the youth! YOUTH GRAPPLING (no-gi)! This class will be held from 18:00 to 19:00, coinciding with kickboxing/boxing on Friday evening, but the classes will definitely not clash. Have you always wanted to take kickboxing at 18:00 but were stuck with childcare? Now your son/daughter can train themselves while you attend the kickboxing/boxing class ;).

Unfortunately, due to limited availability at the Sypel, we could not reserve the right time/space for a joint exam. Therefore, we have decided to conduct the exams during the regular classes on Tuesday (28th November) and Wednesday (29th November). We will ensure all elements are covered and that everyone gets a fair chance to demonstrate their skills, but now in a more congenial manner within your own group instead of at the Sypel.

One more household announcement, from now on, the direct debits will be processed by our administration and no longer by DockDock, so you may remove this app from your phone, they will no longer be making withdrawals on behalf of Nakama.

We hope that you will be as excited about the changes as we are, and as for the exams, we hope that as many youths as possible will come to participate even though it is at the gym itself this year.

Osu,

Sensei John, Danique, and Team Nakama
