Of course you also need a good condition for kickboxing training, but you will get that automatically once you start with this sport. It will not happen soon that you leave the gym with a dry t-shirt!
Muay Thai/kickboxing is a contact sport. That is why it is mandatory to wear protective equipment with every kickboxing training. Shin guards, mouth guards, gloves, so buy your equipment at the gym or ask for advice. Participant safety is always our top priority, regardless of your level!
