Nakama recently started offering Yoga for BJJ, but what exactly does this yoga class entail?

Yoga for BJJ is not the "traditional yoga" that initially comes to mind for many people. Yoga for BJJ has been specially designed by, among others, Sebastian Brosche (two-time BJJ Champion), to integrate the benefits of yoga into martial arts.

Martial arts have a major impact on the body. Yoga for BJJ therefore not only ensures that you get better at martial arts, but also that you remain able to practice it successfully and with pleasure.
