New: Kyokushin karate classes / training at gym Nakama Gym Harderwijk

Last September 30th, we started the Kyokushin Karate classes / training sessions at our gym for the area around Ermelo, Putten, Zeewolde and Harderwijk. We as karate teachers want to regularly update the course of the training sessions.

In the first training sessions we mainly focused on the basic techniques of kyokushin Karate, with this we want to convey to the students that you lay a foundation for both kata training but also in the kumite (fighting).

The karate lessons/training are followed by men and women who may or may not have experience with any martial art.

We see that experience in kickboxing is not always an advantage for practicing Karate, sometimes it is even a disadvantage because you have to unlearn certain techniques.< /span>

It can also be an advantage for some advanced kickboxers who want to hone their technique.

In Karate, for example, we always make punch and kick techniques left and right, so in that you see that if you are left or right-handed / legged, you will eventually no longer have any difference.

Starting something new is never easy, but in the end the Karate lessons should have a positive effect on the growth of Nakama Kyokushin Karate.

Curious? Then come and join a lesson in our dojo on Friday evening from 20.00 to 21.30.

See you at the next training. CLICK here to SIGN UP
