At NAKAMA you can enjoy kickboxing and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). Where anyone can train at his own level/with his own goal. Like:
Intensive sports guidance: We help you to set goals and achieve them. Think of weight loss, improving your fitness, build confidence, and more.
Personal Training: Of course it is possible to take individual lessons. You will work with your personal trainer to achieve your goals.
Recreational sports: Getting sweaty together. Made for when you just want to have a nice and fun training.
Competitions: It is all about the progress before you are ready for a competition. NAKAMA gym works closely with Clyde Petres, and we can offer you the right guidance and coaching to get you ready.
